Privacy Policy

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers. We collect the minimum needed to run your account and the tools you use, and nothing else.

Account data: your name, email, password hash, membership status, plan, team membership, and seat role.

Usage data: lesson progress, saved chats with Attract AI, and audit history in the Review Studio, so your work is there when you come back.

Content you upload: videos, images, scripts, and transcripts you submit for review.

Billing data: handled entirely by our payment processor. We receive subscription status and seat counts. We never see or store your full card number.

Much of this product is powered by generative AI. When you chat with Attract AI or run an audit, the relevant text, transcript, and sampled video frames are sent to our AI provider to generate a response, then returned to you and stored on your account so you can revisit it.

We do not use your uploads or chats to train public AI models, and we do not publish or share your content. AI output can be inaccurate — treat scores and advice as opinions, not facts.

Only the service providers required to operate the platform: our hosting and database provider, our AI model provider, and our payment processor. Each receives only what their function requires, and each is bound to handle it confidentially.

We may also disclose data if legally compelled, or to protect the platform from abuse or fraud. Beyond that, no one else gets it.

Run third-party advertising or ad-tracking pixels that profile you across the web.

Post to, or take any action on, your social accounts.

If you join a team through an invite link, the team owner can see that your account occupies a seat, along with your name and email. Owners cannot read your Attract AI conversations or your Review Studio uploads — those stay private to your account.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual chats and audits at any time. Ask us to delete your account and we will remove your personal data and content, other than records we are required to retain for tax or legal reasons.

Data is stored with row-level access controls so accounts can only reach their own records, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and do not share your login.

You can request a copy of your data, a correction, or a deletion at any time. Email info@solruo.com and we will handle it. If we materially change this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
