PepMarket is a marketing education and software product. We sell access to written curriculum, frameworks, and AI tools that help you plan, script, and critique short-form content and affiliate programs. We are not an agency, we do not run your accounts, and we do not manufacture, sell, ship, or endorse any product you market.

When you tick the agreement box at signup, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, and specifically that you understand and accept each of the following:

• Results are not guaranteed. We do not promise views, followers, engagement, affiliate signups, sales, or revenue. Any examples or case studies are illustrative, not typical or projected results.
• We do not guarantee your accounts stay live. Short-form platforms can restrict, suppress, shadow-ban, suspend, or permanently ban accounts at their own discretion, including for reasons unrelated to anything you learned here. We have no control over those decisions and are not responsible for them.
• You are responsible for what you publish. Every post, script, claim, offer, and affiliate arrangement you put out is yours. You are responsible for following the laws, advertising rules, and platform policies that apply to you.
• AI output is a suggestion. Attract AI answers, Review Studio scores, and generated hooks or scripts are model-generated opinions that can be wrong. Review everything before you use it.
• Nothing here is professional advice. This platform is marketing education only. It is not medical, dosing, legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice, and it does not create any professional relationship.
• Billing is recurring. Memberships renew monthly until you cancel, and digital access is generally non-refundable.
• You accept the risk. You use PepMarket at your own risk and are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.

We do not guarantee views, followers, engagement, affiliate signups, sales, revenue, or any other outcome. Nothing on this platform is a promise of performance.

Short-form platforms change their ranking systems constantly, and results depend entirely on your niche, offer, execution, consistency, and factors outside anyone's control. Any numbers, case studies, screenshots, scores, or examples shown anywhere on PepMarket are illustrative only and are not typical, promised, or projected results for you. You are solely responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

A significant amount of the material on PepMarket — including Attract AI responses, Review Studio audits and scores, generated hooks and scripts, summaries, and portions of written lesson content — is produced or assisted by generative AI.

AI output can be wrong, outdated, biased, or confidently inaccurate. Scores and audits are opinions generated by a model, not measurements. Always review AI output yourself before publishing it, and never treat it as legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for everything you publish, even if a tool here helped write it.

PepMarket is built for operators marketing research-use-only products. All guidance assumes those products are marketed strictly for research use only. Nothing on this platform is medical, dosing, or legal advice, and no content should be used to make human-use, therapeutic, or health claims.

You are responsible for complying with all laws, platform policies, and advertising regulations that apply to you and your jurisdiction. If our guidance conflicts with a rule that binds you, the rule wins.

Accounts are personal. Do not share credentials. Operator memberships cover one person. Lab memberships include a set number of seats, and each seat must be claimed by its own individual account through an invite link. Team owners can add or remove seats, and adding seats changes the recurring amount billed.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that share logins, resell access, scrape the platform, abuse the AI tools, or use PepMarket for anything unlawful.

Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and access continues to the end of the current billing period. Because this is a digital product delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.

The curriculum, frameworks, prompts, and platform are owned by PepMarket and licensed to you for your own business use while your membership is active. You may use output you generate with the tools in your own marketing. You may not resell, republish, redistribute, or repackage the curriculum or platform as your own product or course.

You keep ownership of the videos, scripts, and files you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to deliver the feature you requested — for example, sending frames and transcripts to our AI provider to produce an audit. See the Privacy Policy for details.

PepMarket is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost accounts, platform bans, regulatory action, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
